Welcome to Junban, the game that tests your sense of historical chronology! By accessing or using the Junban application, you agree to these Terms of Use (hereinafter "ToU").
Junban is a gaming application whose objective is to classify historical facts in the correct chronological order. It is aimed at all audiences, from history enthusiasts to casual curious minds, and aims to learn while having fun.
The Junban application is accessible free of charge. An internet connection is required to play. Some features (such as saving progress or accessing rankings) may require creating an account.
You agree to use Junban in accordance with the law and these ToU. Any attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or disrupt the service may result in suspension of your access.
We strive to ensure the accuracy of historical content offered on Junban. However, errors may occur. The application is provided "as is", without warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability.
Junban may collect certain personal data (email address, pseudonym, scores, etc.) only in the context of your use of the service. This data is processed securely, in accordance with GDPR. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties without your consent.
Each month, Junban organizes a draw among users who have left a review on the application. To win: a voucher worth €5, €10, or €20. To participate, simply leave a review via the application download platform. The winner is contacted directly by email in the application, provided that the user has created a non-anonymous account to be contacted.
We reserve the right to modify these ToU at any time. In case of modification, you will be informed via the application. By continuing to use Junban, you accept these modifications.
